Green pepper juice

The juices of green and red peppers are pleasant tasting and mild compared to their spicy relatives, the hot green and red peppers.

It has long been said that fruits and vegetables with shiny skins are high in potassium and silicon. Both green and red peppers are rich in nutrients as well as vitamin C.

The silicon content in this juice is greatly needed by the nails and the hair. The tear ducts and sebaceous glands also benefit greatly from the use of this juice.

The juice from two green peppers contains 132 mgs of vitamin C, three times the amount that can get from the usual half-cup serving of chopped green pepper. Although pepper juice isn’t very appetizing on its own, it adds a sweet zip to other juices such as carrot juice.

In combination with carrot juice, in the proportion of one-quarter to one-half of green pepper juice to the rest of carrot juice, it is an excellent aid in clearing up skin blemishes, particularly if colonic irrigations and enemas are taken with sufficient regularity to remove waste from the colon while the cleansing processes within the body are progressing.
