Fresh juice is much healthier than canned, bottled, frozen or packaged juice because it contains far more nutrients at the peak of their effectiveness.
It is absolute fresh which is important because nutrients lose a lot of value soon after juicing.
It also contains phytochemical and other living ingredients. Bottled juices are definitely inferior to fresh juice in terms of enzymes.
In contrast, commercially processed juice have been pasteurized, to sanitize them against bacteria and disease organisms that normally occur when fresh food ages. Unfortunately many of the vitamins, minerals, enzymes and other ingredients have been destroyed or removed.
Juice from juicer is not pasteurized, and it’s bursting with living cells which is vital to good health.
This means the juice will have longer shelf life, but it won’t give more life.
Finally fresh juice is absolutely pure, free of additives and preservatives. Too much of the juice on the market today contains high-fructose corn syrup, or increasingly, grape-juice concentrate.
This may look like healthy sweetener since it is derived from a natural source but it is basically pure dextrose (glucose) and adds calories, but no nutrients – it is really no better than regular white sugar.
Making own juice also will allow to use a wider variety of fruits and vegetables.
Fresh juice is better than commercially processed juice
Technically, any liquid intended for drinking is a beverage so named by a word derived from French and Latin verbs meaning ‘to drink.’ Healthy beverages are beverages with health benefits that attribute by its nutritional value. The use of healthy beverage for promoting health and relieving symptom is as old as the practice of medicine.
